What Causes Anxiety Attacks...and can this solve it?

What causes anxiety attacks? It's an age old question, and for all of us it is a different trigger or catalyst. For me, my anxiety is triggered by agoraphobia. Whenever I get into public areas with many people, I freak out. To stop my anxiety attacks from being triggered, I scoured the Internet for a solution. I looked at WebMD, et al. They offered some solutions.

I came across this product called Panic Miracle. Unfortunately, it was far from perfect. It gave a few tactics to attack panic stop, but I was not impressed. Most of the tactics were rehashed from WebMD and stuff I had heard from some other panic attack sufferers that are my friends.

While I would not buy it again, it did have one tactic which was helpful for agoraphobic attacks (which is my form). While I don't feel that this one tactic was worth the full purchase price, for others it may be.

My Review Conclusions:

Ease of Use: 2.5/4 stars
Effectiveness: 2/4 stars
Price: 2.8/4 stars (depends on how you feel about the one effective tactic)
Overall (not a mere average): 2/4 stars

As Always and with love,

Attack Panic Stop
