Possible Treatment for General Anxiety Disorder?

Looking for a treatment general anxiety disorder? Aren't all of us sufferers? I got the opportunity to try another product (for free this time thanks to the publisher, but the usual cost is $17). It is called How to Prevent Panic Attacks Permanently. Pretty lofty goal, ain't it?

With its goal of being a possible treatment general anxiety disorder, the book tries hard, and in some spots prevails. The book's tone is very anti-traditional medicine. I can't blame the author because I have had great trouble with doctors and my anxiety disorder panic attacks. Most try to throw pills at you. This book doesn't advocate medicine, and it provides a few good techniques.

While it has good techniques, at times the writing can drone on and on. If it was simplified to just the methods, it'd be amazing. Now let me get to the methods, I found a few (but not all) to be helpful. For the price, I'd expected less. If you are looking for a nice read for a road trip, I'd buy it. If you are looking for solid longterm help, not so much. It falls short of its lofty goal.

Ease of Use: 3/4 stars
Price: 4/4 (Even if you don't get it for free like I did, $17 is not bad)
Effectiveness: 2.8/4 stars (some decent techniques)
Overall: 3/4 stars

Is it a possible treatment general anxiety disorder? Possible, Yes! Permanent, No!
With Love,

Attack Panic Stop
